The preparation Class, offered to 5 year-olds, is an ideal transition between the pre-school and elementary school years. (This program is the equivalent of year 1 in the British schooling system).

While developing  the students’ communication skills in English, the program provides a more structured  instruction in basic reading and writing, math, science and social studies, preparing the young students for entering elementary school. As a part of their curriculum, these young learners also participate in physical education, music, arts and drama classes.

Character education forms an important part of the preparation program. Students learn about values such as kindness, helpfulness, truthfulness and joyfulness.  They practice social behavior, working together, resolving conflict, making friends and keeping themselves safe.

The students are provided the use of  friendly classrooms, playground, the school’s gym , cafeteria, library and the various premises and programs offered after school.
